> DfsClient2 is created with AtomicBoolean2 set to false
If the AtomicBoolean is set to false, DFSClient2 is supposed to fail. Since
it won't fallback to simpleAuth.
The case of HADOOP-17975 is DFSClient2 is using "fallback = true", but it's
reusing the connection with "fallback = false", so it fails.
