Had an offline chat with Wei-Chiu before re-assigning this Jira.
Opened new PR to prune all Jackson1 usages from the codebase and also restrict
the usage for future. PR: [https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/3789]
Full QA results (including all modules) are available.
