@szilard-nemeth built the solution proposal, tested it, and it indeed
doesn't work, the related ATS endpoint doesn't have a queryparam called
[appattemptId](https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/18f959d56a6dafd045a54a9d669bb969305947d3/hadoop-yarn-project/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-server/hadoop-yarn-server-timelineservice/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/yarn/server/timelineservice/reader/TimelineReaderWebServices.java#L606).
