I'm hardly a Maven pro, but it looks like you should be able to set up a module
under extras that uses the assembly plugin to take the common jar and pull out
the auth package. I'm not wild about it, but at least it doesn't cause pain for
Hadoop developers to simplify oozie's dependencies.
