This is ready for review as I've 1. stripped out the overheads from the mkdirs calls too. 2. added a createFile option "fs.s3a.create.performance" to offer the file creation speedup to any application, in any location. if you know the parent dir is ok and the file isn't overwriting anything, this saves -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
