Many unit test failed, reason is 'Metrics source
DelegationTokenSecretManagerMetrics already exists!', Maybe we need another PR
to solve this problem. I solve this problem by below way on my own mac.
```
static {
DefaultMetricsSystem.setMiniClusterMode(true);
}
```
