- org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.TestClientProtocolForPipelineRecovery.testPipelineRecoveryOnRestartFailure can run normally locally. - org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.TestReplaceDatanodeFailureReplication.testWithOnlyLastDatanodeIsAlive is new bug which is introduced by [HDFS-16534](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-16534).
