Yes i think it works well too, my only concern is the naming is confusing, arn
should take ARN format string that can put it into the ArnResource, or maybe we
can somehow rename it lol.
Alternatively, if arn and alias are both set, we can always pick the arn, but
we can put it in the documentation that only one should be set.
