ok, one more change, as I write up something on integration. The RawLocal streams should support IOContext too. why so? makes testing integration easier, e.g. for distcp, spark etc. no need to wait until object store tests. This also lines up for moving ITestS3AIOStatisticsContext into hadoop common unit tests as a contract test.
