Thanks @steveloughran for your comments. MemoryAndDiskBlockFactory has been
used by Alibaba Cloud AnalyticsDB in production environment, and I think we can
add this option to org.apache.hadoop.fs.store.DataBlocks after we make it
stable. How about next version of Hadoop?
