If the option `-verifyAllFailure`s is not specified, if the all block groups
of file is healthy, actually it will verify all blocks.
so for `verifyAll`, maybe not very easy to understand.
@ZanderXu @tomscut @tasanuma how about change to -skipFailureBlocks ?
