This class is in bcprov-jdk15on-1.60.jar and bcprov-jdk15on-1.68.jar.
org/bouncycastle/jce/provider/BouncyCastleProvider.class
Is it possible that the plugin needs to be updated to include
bcprov-jdk15on-1.68.jar on the classpath?
