The platform-specific binary tarballs now use the platform tag in the artifact
name, just like the rpm and deb artifacts; see HADOOP-8037. To stay
consistent, this should also switch ${os.arch} to ${os-arch}. This is done in
the attached revised patch.
Also, what about the directory paths, i.e., should "Linux-amd64-64" become
"Linux-x86_64-64"? Please review. Thanks.
