transitive dep licenses were an oversight. Thanks [[email protected]] for
taking care of that in HADOOP-18641.
Ideally we would have a CI check for the licenses. like ozone currently
[does|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/.github/workflows/ci.yml#L230-L233]
in
[CI|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/hadoop-ozone/dev-support/checks/dependency.sh#L37].
