### Description of PR mysql-connector-java is GPL licensed. It was included as an optional feature in HDFS RBF. Fortunately, it looks like we do not need to take compile dependency on it at all. Users who wish to use the feature will need to add it to the runtime classpath. ### How was this patch tested?
