I can confirm the release RC artifacts directory has the cyclone SBOM files.
For example,
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachehadoop-1377/org/apache/hadoop/hadoop-auth/3.3.6/
If this is all we need we are good. Otherwise It would be a lot of hassles
trying to aggregate all the SBOM files (we have many jars and a pair of SBOM
files is for one jar only)
