But the Third party communication(pdf) in the observer_reads_in_rbf_proposal_simbadzina_v2.pdf is too blurry to read , and the pdf link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1851oaVeayiKKbNFSa93G5CS-bXXZY7BM/view?usp=sharing is does not exist.
