i'll say ok to those tests, we just need to make sure that they work/can be
disabled during third-party testing.
proposed
1. add some test.fips.bucket and test.fips.region options;
2. create an s3a client with auth set to anon (maybe we need a new
test.fips.credentials) optin
3. do the tests you've proposed.
can you point me at the interceptor stuff to understand how that could be
used?
