   * this is a hadoop module; moved the jira and changed the number to the new 
one issued.
   * which AWS region did you run the hadoop mvn verify tests against, what 
were the command line parameters and what failed? 
   
   Integration Tests are failing right now, and if you don't report them we 
will know you aren't running them. No tests: no review. Sorry.
   
   testing.md covers SDK qualification. Please do this, again report the 
results. See #6467 for an example. Ideally cover as much as the s3 test matrix 
as you can: s3, s3 express, private link, google gcs (yes! really!) and third 
party.
