* There's a dummy fs in
org.apache.hadoop.fs.TestFileSystemCanonicalization.DummyFileSystem; that could
be pulled up and used in {{TestDelegateToFileSystem}}
* TestCommonConfigurationFields: remove FtpConfigKeys.class, from
configurationClasses.
