Description:
Make it easy for any stream with vector io to support
{{ByteBufferPositionedReadable}}
Specifically, {{ByteBufferPositionedReadable.readFully()}}
is exactly a single range read so is easy to read.
the simpler read() call which can return less isn't part of the vector API.
