of course, those parameters are not required for compilation, but it's dangerous to only add them for test but not runtime. for safety, the same java opts should be appended to `HADOOP_OPTS` at runtime. maybe we need to modify `hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/bin/hadoop-functions.sh` to achieve that -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
