I'm not sure. We definitely need tag 3.4.1. Optionally tags 3.4 and 3 can
also be updated.
However, PRs cannot target new branches.
A. push manually to new branch `docker-hadoop-3.4.1`, optionally add tags 3,
3.4 OR
B. merge into `docker-hadoop-3.4`, add tag 3.4.1, optionally tag 3 OR
C. merge into `docker-hadoop-3`, add tags 3.4, 3.4.1
Do you have any preference?
