### Description of PR
For CS, added the metrics displayed in the UI1's Scheduler Page -
Application Queues section to the UI2 Queues Page.
The information is displayed when any node is clicked on the graph.
### How was this patch tested?
Tested manually in a local environment. Screenshots added to the Jira.
