This PR adds tests around implicit/explicit scenarios for Blob Endpoint APIs
which are handled on client side.
This adds coverage for following APIs: listStatus(), fileStatus(),
getXAttr(), setXAttr()
### How was this patch tested?
Only new tests are added, No production code change done
Test suite result will be added.
