### Description of PR [Jira: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19234](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19443) This PR adds new combinations of test suites to cover blob endpoint testing as well. This PR also adds tests around implicit/explicit scenarios for Blob Endpoint APIs which are handled on client side. This adds coverage for following APIs: listStatus(), fileStatus(), getXAttr(), setXAttr() ### How was this patch tested?
