This is required by the changes in HADOOP-19674
jackson-module-jakarta-xmlbind-annotations is the right jar for jakarta xmlbind
annotations while jackson-module-jaxb-annotations is the right one for jaxb.
Since HADOOP-19574 puts Hadoop in the Jakarta camp then we need to switch to
jackson-module-jakarta-xmlbind-annotations
