While attempting a full distro build on current trunk, I discovered a few
hadoop-azure JavaDoc errors that stopped the build:
* HADOOP-17377 introduced a {{@link}} tag trying to reference an external link
instead of a Java symbol. This was probably meant to be a {{@see}} tag.
* HADOOP-19737 introduced a {{@link}} tag with an apparent typo on the symbol
it was trying to reference.
Both of these changes are in trunk. HADOOP-17337 was cherry-picked to
branch-3.4, but HADOOP-19737 wasn't. This patch to fix JavaDoc will need a
small merge conflict resolution for a cherry-pick.
