I'm very sorry, I planned to work on this last week but a
oozie/proxy-token/hftp blocker came up... I'll get to it by EOW.
After all the time I spent getting the shell path display correct, I'm
reluctant to introduce inconsistent behavior on windows whose test changes may
allow a breakage in non-windows to go undetected.
