The -1 from test4tests is expected: this PR only changes the build
configuration
(hadoop-tools/hadoop-resourceestimator/pom.xml) to apply the shared SpotBugs
exclude filter, like the other modules configured by HADOOP-19731. No Java
code changes, so there is nothing new to unit test.
Manual verification:
mvn -pl hadoop-tools/hadoop-resourceestimator compile spotbugs:check
- without the patch: 12 bugs, BUILD FAILURE
- with the patch: 0 findings, BUILD SUCCESS
Existing module unit tests still pass (47 run, 0 failures; Yetus unit +1).
