Description:
hadoop-project: fix the groupId of the jetty-server exclusion; add servlet and
annotation exclusions on javax-websocket-server-impl. hadoop-common: declare
jakarta.servlet-api. LICENSE-binary and NOTICE-binary
Fix the dead javax.servlet-api exclusion on jetty-server. Manage
jetty-continuation at ${jetty.version}
