### Description of PR Fixes [HADOOP-20038](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-20038). The description of resourceestimator.solver.lp.beta spells "Default" as "Deafult" in both resourceestimator-config.xml and ResourceEstimator.md. Correct the word in both places. The configuration key, default value 0.1, documented range, and existing end-of-file formatting are unchanged. ### How was this patch tested? git diff --check passed; resourceestimator-config.xml parses successfully; all non-description property fields match the base; both files were compared to verify only the intended word substitution. No Maven build or unit tests were run locally. No new functional tests are needed for this text-only correction. If test4tests reports the absence of modified test files, please review that item as not applicable to this text-only patch.
