TestRPCCompatibility can fail intermittently with errors like the following
when tests are not run in declaration order:

testVersion2ClientVersion1Server(org.apache.hadoop.ipc.TestRPCCompatibility):

Moving the reset of the ProtocolSignature cache from ad-hoc usage in
testVersion2ClientVersion2Server to tearDown fixes the issue.
