Windows doesn't even have {{dlopen}} at all. Yet another reason to implement
HADOOP-6069.
Anyway, I will add a platform check. I could take a stab at doing the right
thing on Mac OS X, but someone else would need to confirm, because I don't have
access to a Mac. It might be better to file a follow-on JIRA for that.
