Andy,
There are two problems (1) converting the format to API and (2) removing the
out-dated doc. (1) changes the entire file but (2) only removes some lines for
the file. If we have (1) and (2) in a single patch, it is very hard for other
people to see which lines are removed. So, I am suggesting to do (1) and (2)
in two separated patches.
