This is failing due to some code missing from the branch-1-win merge. On
branch-1-win, see Trash.makeTrashRelativePath and Path.mergePaths. We'll have
to port this code into the new TrashPolicy class hierarchy on trunk.
This problem also causes TestViewFsTrash to fail.
