It would be easier to implement new blockstore filesystems if the the
{{NativeFileSystemStore} and dependent classes in the
{{org.apache.hadoop.fs.s3native}} package were public -currently you need to
put them into the s3 directory.
They could be made public with the appropriate scope attribute. Internal?
