I did not add any tests as this patch is for the startup scripts and not for
any of the Java files. Unsure of proper way to add tests for these new
environment variables. As far as I can tell, there are no tests for the
scripts already.
I manually tested by building the trunk and setting the respective environment
variables in my shell to launch the hadoop daemons. I also tested by setting
the environment variables in the respective "-env.sh" scripts.
