This is triggered by
# Oracle moving things around
# The JSPC plugin having hard-coded expectations of where things live.
There is a known (currently open) plugin JIRA
[MJSPC-53|https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MJSPC-53]
The workaround is to create the {{Home/Classes}} dir, then symlink
{{../lib/tools.jar}} to {{classes.jar}}
closing as WONTFIX as it's an upstream problem; this JIRA is here to note the
problem and the fix
