Thank you, Suresh. Thank you, everyone, for the code reviews and other
assistance with resolving this. I've filed HADOOP-9390 for follow-up on the
issue of tests failing when run as root/Administrator. I've file HADOOP-9391
for the follow-up work of refactoring the {{Shell}} methods to accept {{File}}
arguments instead of strings.
