That's basically what I'm getting at. They probably shouldn't be different, so
I was wondering which one is the "right" one. Thanks for digging up the
history.
+1, will commit shortly. I'll also file followup JIRAs to make the tar scripts
in the other projects consistent with the one in hadoop-dist.
