Ivan, I am sorry I dropped the ball on this, and did not repond sooner. Sadly
though the only time we want to put something into just 0.23 without going into
trunk/branch-2 first is if there is a bug that only exists in branch-0.23.
This is a very rare occurrence. If you think the coverage is good enough on
branch-2 and trunk then would it be acceptable if we resolve this JIRA instead.
