OverWrite flag means delete the existing file. Append flag means append to an
existing file. Both cannot be enabled at the same time.
Following combinations are okay:
# Create & Overwrite is okay - if file does not exist, it is created. If it
exists, it will be overwritten.
# Create & Append is okay - if file does not exist, create it. If the file
exists append to it.
