compilation broke w/ HADOOP-9287; didn't show up in jenkins because the build
of src/test is skipped if the {{auth-keys.xml}} file isn't present. If we could
move {{FileSystemContractTestBase}} off JUnit3 tests we could eliminate this
need & have the openstack test runs skip tests it doesn't support -which is how
HADOOP-9361 is doing it
