Yes, you're correct that it's already in branch-1-win. I had been looking at
an out-of-date fork. I've changed the version to just 1.3.0. Thanks!

This is definitely throwing NPE on every run for me. Can you try running the
tests yourself again? I know it appears that the patch passed Jenkins, but I'm
really confused about what Jenkins did with this patch. Jenkins generally only
handles trunk patches, so I'm not sure how or why it replied with +1.
