The current PathData.expandAsGlob() does not support Windows path of the
pattern "C:\some\dir". This method is used by many fs shell command to expand
the paths from command line arguments. As a result, running some fs shell
command with Windows local path as arguments will fail. This is a regression
with 1.0.
