Fix Version/s: (was: 2.4.0)
2.3.0
Now 2.3.0 will be taken from the tip of the branch, this becomes a 2.3.0
blocker. Without this fix, downstream projects, HBase in particular, that work
fine on 2.2.x cannot start on a 2.3.0.
