It looks like upgrading ZooKeeper didn't fix this.  Here is a Jenkins build 
after HADOOP-9555 was committed, showing a failure in 
{{TestZKFailoverController#testAutoFailoverOnLostZKSession}}.

Let's keep HADOOP-10668 open.
