With the change of direction in HADOOP-10719, the {{KMSClientProvider}} would
implement the {{CryptoExtension}} interface and the KMS would provide a REST
API for such. The REST API should support batch requests and the
{{KMSClientProvider}} should be able to park the received EDEKs until they are
requested.
