I updated hadoop-dist/pom.xml to copy LICENSE, NOTICE and README into the
binary tarball.
However, I couldn't get the assembly plugin to work. I tried bumping it to
2.4.1, removing useStrictFiltering, and changing NOTICE.txt to **/NOTICE.txt
but couldn't get those files to copy into the tarball. [~tucu00] - can you help
me with this? Or, is it okay to leave the patch as is?
